SEO Friendly Real Estate Solution to Launch

I read on Greg Boser’s Blog that he is launching an SEO friendly real estate community called PropertyTown. I am not sure how it works other than it is built on the wordpress platform an optimized by real SEOs. I have been suggesting blogs to agents recently in lieu of real estate template websites…It seems that most agent sites are mostly fluff anyways. Why not build a blog, become an authority on your place of business, and have listings secondary? I don’t know of anyone shopping small agent sites for listings anyways. I have requested more information, so hopefully we will see it shortly.
Discount Real Estate is Not Going to Change the Industry

I am fairly certain the real estate industry is going to see some significant changes over the next few years. I’m just not sure the discount model is the answer. Throwing less experienced agents at an incredibly significant purchase seems strange. What about a model that focuses on the buyer/seller…a customer service based model. I’ve been through a couple purchases an a sale over the past two years and have enjoyed incredible service. Granted, my agent was my in-laws, and treated the transaction as if were their own. What if every agent treated the transaction as if it were for their children? I don’t think there would be any questions about that model! Now, how to build a system that focuses on the client!
